The lemon comes through first, bright, almost tangy. Then it rounds out with a sugary note, like candied blood orange, and the signature skunky aroma eventually settles in the background, without being overpowering. You finish the session with a fresh mouthfeel, not a sticky one.

You open the bag and the scent of grated orange peel hits you straight away, intense, almost cosmetic in its clarity. The skunk comes through as a second layer, sweet, herbaceous, never sharp. It’s a scent you’ll remember: you’d recognise an Orange Bud with your eyes closed.

The name is well deserved: the bright orange pistils dominate the buds to the point where you see them before the green colour. Dense buds, with the compact structure typical of the Skunk lineage, and plenty of resin without being overly frosty. A deep green colour underneath, which contrasts beautifully with the coppery filaments. Not the most photogenic flower in the catalogue, but one of the strongest-smelling in the pot.
