How to earn Cashback?

From the Bronze tier (your starting point), every order gives you 10% of its amount back in cashback, that's 1€ for every 10€ spent. And that rate climbs with each tier, up to 15%.

1 Place at least one order to unlock your referral code.

No minimum purchase, no cap. It's all managed from My Account › Club.

How to use my Cashback?

1 Start by creating your account or logging in. If you've never created an account, use the same email as your previous orders.

2 Head to the Club page.

3 On this page you can check your balance, see your history, and more.

4 To use your balance, go straight to your cart, use the slider to choose your amount, and confirm.

5 That's it, your cashback is automatically applied to your cart!

Frequently asked questions

I don't see the cashback in my cart

First check that you're logged in by going to the Club page. Then, for the cashback option to show in your cart, you need at least one product added and at least 1€ of cashback balance.

When is my cashback credited?

As soon as your order is confirmed, your cashback is credited, along with any missions your order unlocks. You'll see it straight away in your balance, in the Cashback tab of the Club page.

Can I lose my tier?

No, a tier is yours for life. Even if you spend less afterwards, you never drop down.

What happens to my cashback if I get a refund?

Cashback earned on a cancelled or refunded order is taken back, fully or in proportion to the refunded amount.
