This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit www.spliffstore.eu (the “Site”) or make a purchase from it.

COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not you wish to accept them.
_session_id, unique session token, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal statistics tracker to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor’s location) of the following day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session token
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite if the store has a password, used to determine whether the current visitor has access.
- “Log files” track activity on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, your referring and exit pages, and your date and time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags” and “pixels” are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, your billing address, your shipping address, your payment information (including your credit card numbers), your email address and your telephone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we use the expression “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring both to Device Information and to Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We generally use the Order Information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging the shipping of your order and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

where this is in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

When you place an order through the Site, we keep your Order Information in our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
