First-time users should carefully work their way up to the desired amount. The effect seems a bit stronger to me than with the gummy bears. I thought the gummy bears had a better consistency. Also, for me the sugar coating on the outside isn't really necessary (I'm diabetic, I have to scrape the sugar off). All in all though, still very well done!
