Refund policy - SPLIFF

Thank you for choosing SPLIFF. We are committed to providing the highest quality products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that every transaction is fair and complies with current legislation. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Duration of the Redemption Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange. After this period, no request will be accepted, except in the cases expressly provided for by law (article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code for online withdrawal rights, with certain exceptions).

2. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.
Be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

3.Products Not Eligible for Return

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Perishable products: This category includes, but is not limited to, edible products such as candies, syrups, cookies, CBD flowers, resins, or any other product with an expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Opened products: Any product whose packaging has been opened or tampered with, including downloadable software, CDs, DVDs and other digital media.
Personal hygiene and sanitary products: This includes items for intimate or sanitary use.
Hazardous products: This includes gases, flammable liquids or any other material classified as hazardous.
Gift cards and discounted products: Cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Exceptions and Partial Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, grant partial refunds in the following cases:

Items that have manufacturing defects or have been damaged in transit. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required.
Products whose packaging has been slightly damaged but which have not been opened.

5. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected within 7 working days. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please first check your bank account and then contact your financial institution to confirm that the transaction is in progress. If after following these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@spliff.fr.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only authorised for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange a product for an identical one, please contact us at info@spliff.fr for shipping instructions.

8. Products offered as gifts

Items identified as gifts at the time of purchase are not refundable.

9. Shipping of Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend the use of a traceable delivery service or the purchase of shipping insurance for all returns over 75 euros. We do not guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
