What payment methods are available?

We currently accept CB, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards.

We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I confirm my order by bank transfer? 🏦

Nothing could be simpler 🙌

  • Send the total amount of your order by bank transfer to our bank account details below.
  • In the notes or description section of your bank account, indicate your order number.
  • Once the transfer has been received, your order will be dispatched automatically.

Frequently asked questions 🧐

I paid by bank transfer but my order has not been confirmed...

As soon as we receive a transfer, the order is automatically confirmed.
The average transfer time in France is 24 to 48 hours, but it can take up to 4 days for an international transfer.

  • If your order has not been confirmed after 4 days, first check that your transfer has gone through and that you have not received a refund.
  • If this isn’t the case, send a message to info@spliff.fr and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the problem. 😉
How can I obtain an invoice?

You can obtain a detailed invoice on request by sending an e-mail to info@spliff.fr with your order number.

Can I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is unfortunately not available because the type of products we sell are not accepted in PayPal’s terms of use. We are working hard to offer you new, simple, fast and secure payment solutions in the near future.

Can I pay in several instalments?

The option is not currently available, but we are doing everything we can to offer you this solution quickly 😊.

Can you pay on delivery?

Payment on delivery is not possible. Carriers are not our employees and cannot collect payment on our behalf.
